The account service team might be the heart of Dwi Sapta, but the creative team is its soul. A union of many distictive individuals, strengthened with the passion of bringing out
the best in each of the client’s brands. Rich in local insight,
engaging ideas in the form of creativity that pulls not only
the interest of customers but the heart of many people.
Dwi Sapta’s creative team consist of 4 Creative Directors heading 7 independent teams. As a vital department in the advertising world, our creative teams are able to analyze through the core problem and brilliantly brings out many local insights, to make
the communication alive.

To complete its business range, Dwi Sapta Research is created to synergized with the strategic planning team. This division focusses on getting insight from target audience, translating it to the Strategic Planning Team who then builds the foundation for our creative work.
Dwi Sapta has created many effective communication strategies through trusted research methodology, such as Ethnography, CLT, In-Depth Interview, Omnibus, Focus Group Discussion, and many more.
As a supporting facility, Dwi Sapta Research also owns international standard FGD room,
strengthened with research network located all over 15 big cities in Indonesia.
